All orders will be shipped from Japan.
In-stock items typically will be shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays and scheduled warehouse closures will be processed on the following business day.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Delivery time will be 2-4 days depending on your location.
All international orders are shipped via EMS.

All packages will require a signature to be received.
No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and these charges must be paid by the recipient when the package reaches its destination.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of package arrival date.
We accept exchanges only when you recieved defective or damaged items.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from masae official online store(masae.jp).
Items will be exchanged upon current stock confirmation.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Pre-ordered, made-to-order and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returning or exchanging items, please send email to email@example.com with Returns/Exchanges and your order number in subject line.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and other applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
