Domestic Orders within Japan
We use Sagawa to ship our orders.
Shipping is free on purchases totaling more than 18,000JPY(before tax).
In-stock items are generally processed within three(3) business days of your order.
If items require more processing time than the standard three(3) days, it will be noted on the website.

Specifying Delivery Date and Time
If there is a specific day / time window you would like to receive the package, please write them in the “Note” section before checking out.
The specified delivery day must be no earlier than three(3) business days after the order.
*We will not be processing orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Holidays or if specified otherwise on the top page.

Delivery can be specified for the time window below:
Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Noon), 12:00 Noon - 14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 18:00-21:00, 19:00-21:00

International Shipment
We deliver to Asia, North America, Oceania, Europe via EMS.

Custom Fees
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item and shipping totals.
Additional customs/import duties, taxes, and fees may arise and are the responsibilities of the customer receiving the shipment.
These payments must be made to the shipping services or the customs.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of package arrival date.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from masae Official Online Store(masae.jp) or from our showroom.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Pre-ordered, made-to-order and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and other applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.​
