Domestic Orders within Japan
We use Sagawa to ship our orders.
Shipping is free on purchases totaling more than 18,000JPY(before tax).
In-stock items are generally processed within three(3) business days of your order.

International Shipment
We deliver to Asia, North America, Oceania, Europe via EMS.

Made-to-order items usually take three to eight weeks for fabrication.
Payments for made-to-order items must be made in advance.

If you purchase an made-to-order item along with the in-stock items, the shipping will be consolidated and shipped once the made-to-order items are complete.
Please note that made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is confirmed.
